Here's instructions on how to enable that if i isn't already: Another user on a different forum said they had to login as an admin account in order to get it working as well: If you missed them as well, I would do a full uninstall of Dragon center again (deleting the hidden folder in program data again as well), install the chipset drivers, and then the try running the installer as admin. Last thing I can think of too, is I know you said you installed on the drivers from the support page, but I know I missed the chipset drivers the first time I went to it. Another thing may be running the installer as admin. I know it can be a bit nerve racking, but updating your bios may help.
